Welcome to Minito! Some of you may know this site as Pokemon Chibi, but if you are a veteran visitor, you remember the old days of Minito. Well, I decided to backtrack by taking in the old name. This site is to provide you with an entertaining time. You can find artsy guides, creative reads, and other cool interactive features. Enjoy!

Yup, I'm abandoning you guys! =D No, not really of course. I'm just posting all of my updates, from now on, on the new site. You will be seeing that version in "2-3 business days". So, it will be next week. The reason I'm doing this is because at the moment, I'm updating pages on this site and the new site, so that's just annoying. =P It will be the same URL, it's simply a matter of getting it transferred.

The point is, you won't be seeing any more updates here. So, I'll see you at the new site.

P.S. If you REALLY want to see the new site, I have a temporary link while the domain transfer is pending. So, just yell at me in the shoutbox and maybe I'll post it. =]

Anyway, I'm going to swap away from Freewebs soon. As in, within the week. I've already got all of my pages transfered to my new host, so all that awaits me is transferring the domain name. Logically, you shouldn't see any downtime in the site. If you do, it will only be for a few hours while the domain is being redirected. Hopefully this won't cause any problems. The new (and old) host, which is going to be Yahoo! again, supports PHP. So I'm thinking about looking into PHP and layouts. This also means things such as Cute News and other scripts are now applicable! So, the aforementioned big updates are going to wait about a week until I'm set in Yahoo! again.

I also weeded through the affiliates, taking out the inactive ones (over 2 months with no updates) if your site was removed, just get active again and ask for affiliation. This doesn't mean make one update, this means go about 2 or 3 weeks with frequent updates showing you're not giving up on your site. Also, if you are applying for affiliation (this goes to anybody) please be able to provide me with a number of hits. If you don't know, then I have to ignore your request, and that makes me sad. =( So go to Site Meter and sign up for free, that way you know just how popular your site is. =D

Freebies, freebies, freebies...oh my!

I've added a ton of freebies. 18 new affiliate button templates, about 10 new non-Pokemon avatars, and a few new backgrounds. I plan on putting up more tutorials related to webmastering and HTML, as well as some Pokemon content (since this technically still is a Pokemon site...). Probably just reviews or rants, but still enough to keep up the Pokemon aspect of the site. There should also be some more graphic tutorials. So, if you have a suggestion for a tutorial for GIMP or Graphics Gale, or even MSPaint, just email me. I've also added some fan art and a few more Behind the Scenes skits. If you have any of those, send them to me and I'll get them up as soon as possible!

Overall, I'd just like some of your feedback on what you'd like to see on the site, or what you need a tutorial on. Let me know and I'll definitely see what I can do. ;)

Well, it's pretty obvious, but I've put up a new layout. It has more coming with it, so stay tuned to updates to that. I also updated the Poke Glitch contest, so go and vote on this weeks' really easy glitch. :P I'll be changing it NEXT weekend with the FotW after next. Just trying to get them back in sync. The forums are dying. :[ Do you feel like reviving them? I hope you do. =D

I've got a lot planned for the site. I'm not spilling ANY of it, though, so you'll just have to be anxious. However, know that there are big things coming!

Yeah! Internet's back, and I'm back online. For now, I've just updated the FotW and the layout a bit, but there will be bigger and better things soon! Oh, and I took down the "Close-Up" contest because it's dumb. :P So yeah, I don't think any of you guys will miss that. Poke Glitch update coming, along with new tutorials and much more! Yes!

Wow, it feels strange to make an update. D: Anyway, I have the voting up for the 2008 Minitoes. The deadline for voting is May 14, 2008. That gives you about a month. =D Thanks for sticking with the site, if you're reading this. I know it's been kind of...well, dead lately. But guess what?!?! I also added fan-art! That means this could kind of qualify as a real update! :O
